Most deliveries are instant. If it takes longer than 5 minutes, check your transaction history. If it shows 'Failed', your wallet will be auto-refunded instantly by our automated system.
How do I top up my wallet?
Navigate to the Wallet page and click 'Top Up'. You can use Mobile Money or Bank Cards via our secure Paystack gateway.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. Zutel does not store your card or MoMo PIN details.
