Zero Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy
Zutel maintains a strict policy against platform manipulation. Any user found engaging in fraudulent behavior will have their account immediately deleted and will be permanently banned from ever joining ZUTEL again.
1. Prohibited Referral Activity
The following activities are strictly forbidden and constitute fraud:
- Self-Referral: You cannot refer yourself using multiple emails or phone numbers owned by yourself.
- Inactive Referrals: You must not refer inactive numbers, non-existent persons, or bot accounts to farm rewards.
- Shared Devices: Creating multiple accounts on the same device to trigger referral bonuses is prohibited.
- Fake Purchases: Attempting to use stolen cards or chargeback-prone MoMo accounts to trigger rewards.
2. Our Service
Zutel provides a premium distribution platform for mobile network data bundles in Ghana (MTN, Telecel, and AT). We facilitate the instant delivery of these bundles to specified recipient numbers using our proprietary secure network infrastructure.
3. Data Delivery & Refunds
- Deliveries are typically instant but can take up to 30 minutes during network congestion.
- If a data bundle fails to deliver (as confirmed by our internal system logs), an instant refund will be issued to your Zutel Wallet.
- Refunds to original payment methods (MoMo/Card) are handled manually upon request and may take 3-5 working days.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the recipient phone number is correct. Data sent to the wrong number due to user error is not refundable.
4. Wallet Usage
Funds deposited into your Zutel Wallet do not expire. These funds can only be used for purchasing data bundles or airtime on the platform. Withdrawal of wallet funds is subject to a 2% processing fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime, PauTeCom Technologies Ltd is not liable for any losses resulting from network downtime or service interruptions from mobile network operators.
